Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes! The majority of the venue is wheelchair accessible. There is no wheelchair access to The Attic on the first floor due to the heritage nature of the building. Feel free to give us a call for further information or on arrival request assistance from our staff.

How do I purchase tickets to a gig?

How do I get in touch with the box office regarding purchased tickets?

I can no longer attend an event. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, there are no refunds available unless the show has a waiting list for return tickets. 

I want to put on a gig or performance. Who do I contact?

Easy! Fill out the contact form.

Can I book a function?

For sure! Just head to the functions page and fill out the enquiry form to contact our functions team.

What are you doing for special events and key dates?

Heaps! Make sure you follow our social media channels (see links in footer) to keep up to date with all of the latest and greatest information.

Can I bring kids and do you have kids meals?

Absolutely! We just ask that kids are seated and supervised at all times. Due to the nature of our licence, we require all children to be off the premises by 8pm. We have a choice of kids’ meals available on our menus and highchairs are available on request.

Is my dog welcome?

100%! Pooches of all shapes and sizes are welcome in the main bar and beer garden, we just ask that they remain on a leash and close to you, we don’t want to trip over your wee pup!

What’s the best public transport routes?

Partick Train Station – 0.6mi / 12min walk
Kelvinhall Subway  – 0.4mi / 8min walk 

Where is the nearest car parking?

On street parking is available on the streets surrounding the venue but it can be quite difficult to secure a park due to the residential nature of the area.
