You can call the box office on 0141 357 4000. There is a voicemail service on this line and messages will be checked at least once a day, Tuesday to Saturday, so please do leave us a message, including your name and contact number and we will call you back.

We operate a virtual box office outwith performance dates at the moment – this means that there isn’t a member of staff at the box office in either Cottiers or Websters unless there is a show on in the venue. However, voicemails and emails are checked at least once a day, Tuesday to Saturday so please do call or drop us a line.

Whenever there is a show on, the box office will be manned for at least an hour before the performance starts, to give customers a chance to pick up tickets they have already booked or to buy tickets.

Please note, our box office is only manned when there is a performance in the venue. For Box Office Collection, please wait until the day of performance.
