She is a frightening woman; no one who makes an enemy

Of her will carry off an easy victory.

Some dreadful purpose is forming in her mind.

Medea has lost everything. An exile who abandoned home and family to build a life with her beloved husband Jason, whose two young sons she has borne and raised. Now Jason has abandoned her, to marry the daughter of a King and Medea and her children are banished from the only home she has left.

Granted one day to prepare for banishment, what will Medea do? What terrible revenges can a broken-hearted woman plan, and carry out? How destructive? How violent? How utterly devastating…?

I shall see my enemies punished as they deserve.

Unsub is proud to present, as it’s debut, an exciting new production of Euripides classic play. Directed by Jennifer Dick, Associate Director of Bard in the Botanics, whose credits include Julius Caesar, Hamlet & The Tempest, the performance is not to be missed! Book your tickets now.
